Introduction, my story.
I was diagn osed with epilepsy in 2012, and since then, have been on Epilim, Tegretol, Lamictal, Epilim, and now keppra. I am also on anti-depressents. The latest of which, Mirtazapine, caused great issues. I was being nasty to those around me, saying things I would not normally say, being nasty to relatives, and afterwards, sitting in tears, feeling `like not taking my meds, or sometimes taking too much of them. This was not a normal feeling for me, so today, I went back to the GP, and asked, could I go back on Citalopram. He agreed. The questions that are still waiting to be answered by my MRI that my neurologist has ordered. Will it reviel a structural difference in my brain, compared to that of others? He said, that my brain, because of me being premature, will be different in structure, as different parts, are developing at different speeds. I wonder what the MRI will hold. Probably many answers, to unanswered questions.
